Meeting and pickup information
- The chauffeur will meet guests at the designated arrivals meet-up area, either in the International or Domestic Arrivals Hall, depending on the flight. The chauffeur will be professionally dressed and holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
- We provide pick-up at any location specified by the guest, including hotels, private residences, or Vancouver International Airport (YVR). For hotel or private residence pick-ups, the chauffeur will arrive at the main lobby or the specified address and will contact the guest directly upon arrival if needed.
